Cash is pulling up and climbing on everything and crawling sooo fast! It is almost like running on his knees! He is always happy and silly (except in the middle of the night). Cash loves his Sissy so much that he crawls all over her and pulls her towards him. She is beginning to get a little nervous now when she sees him coming. Cash's 2 bottom teeth popped through at the same time and he is learning to use them!
Remi is also crawling all over the place, but at her own pace. She is in no rush to do anything. She also pulls up on everything, but doesn't care much for climbing yet. Remi loves to laugh with her brother. They have a lot of fum playing together. She likes to pull his hair to keep from falling sometimes. Remi got 1 tooth on the bottom first and the other one is popping through now.
Both babies are eating 24 ounces of formula every 24 hours. They can feed themselves little pieces of food and are trying to drink from sippy cups. We are up to 3 meals a day. I have still been trying to give them mostly organic, homemade baby food. They like everything I have given them to eat so far: yogurt, sweet potatoes, red potatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, peas, green beans, corn, carrots, blueberries, bananas, mangos, peaches, apples, pears, plums, avocados, watermelon, pancakes, waffles, and biscuits. I have done jarred meat/rice blends because I cannot figure out how to give them homemade meat that they can mash with their gums. We are looking forward to eating pumpkins this fall! I get my instructions and recipes for baby food on wholesomebabyfood.com in case you were wondering how I know how to make it all.
We had our 9 month pediatrician visit yesterday. we got the 4th HIB shot and found out Cash will not be able to receive the pneumococcal shot again because of his reaction last time. I didn't give it to Remi either and kind of got in trouble because apparently it can be a dangerous illness. I know they are two different people, but I am scared she could react as well! You never know how they will react to a shot and there is always the "what if". We are up on every single shot except that one. Do you know how many vaccinations babies have had by 6 months? 17!! I am NOT anti-vaccine by any means, I just wonder why we have sooo many sooo young?? Oh well, enough of that! Here are the babies stats:

We went with Kristi and Maci to see "The Wizard of Oz" puppet show. The babies sat for the WHOLE THING!
Carrie gave us this splash mat that we LOVE. Then Ginny mailed us one as a surprise gift! Carrie's mat ripped at the seam! =( But wait...we have Ginny's now! Yay! We love it! Carrie...I guess you get Ginny's back when you need it... =)
