The Nursery! It is almost done. My brother is fixing some things on the rocker (that Jeff was nice enough to paint black for me). I need to find a black lampshade and we need to put pictures of the babies in the frames on the wall. We ordered our bedding from http://www.cabbageleafkids.com/ The owner of the company is so great! She gave us a twin discount on the bedding and gave us the frames just to be sweet. The bedding turned out to be way nicer than I imagined. I was afraid it would be that flame retardant cheap fabric, but it isn't at all. Also, the shelves you see are NOT IN THE CLOSET! They are behind the door as you come in the room. It was wasted space, so we added shelves.

32 weeks! OMGoodness!

What was I saying about stretch marks? Well, the other day I was showing Jeff these three "purple veins" on my lower belly... Oh wait! Not veins...STRETCH MARKS! Three of them! Ewwwwwwww! Oh well, the babies are worth it. I am pretty much not sleeping, pelvic bones are separating and rubbing together (feels freaky), feeling nauseous from guts being squished. I have gained 45lbs!

Now on to what you really care about!! BABIES! He weighs 5lbs. 2oz.! She weighs 4lbs. 10 oz! I still have like 31 days! How big do you think they will get!? I must say that I am very proud of myself for eating, eating, eating even when I don't feel like it because I am trying to follow my twin caloric intake of at least 3,000 calories a day. By the way, I passed my Fetal fibronectin test. (All this means is that I have a less than 1% chance of going into labor before 34 weeks). Still no names yet, although we do have another boy name to ponder... Jensen. What do you think?

30 Weeks!

Went to the OB today. I passed the 3 hour gestational diabetes test! My blood pressure is really low (106/60)! My cervix is completely closed. I am measuring 41 weeks!!!!! For those of you who don't know...40 weeks is a full term pregnancy. So I am measuring 1 week past due for a non-twin pregnancy! My belly has changed. It is kind of lopsided at times because the babies are so big. When they move, the shape changes! The babies are for sure 3lbs. and have plenty of fluid! OB told me I was a superstar at the office because I am getting around so well and very healthy for a 30 week twin pregnancy! Also, I have to tell you how blessed I am with the most amazing OB! She is so sweet. She gave me a note to give to Labor and Delivery when the time comes. It says that they are to call her personally when I go into labor because even if it is Thanksgiving Day and she is not on call, she wants to be the one to deliver the babies. Is that an awesome OB or what!? I love her!
