5 months-Where Oh Where Have My Newborns Gone...

My how time flies! I can't believe the babies are 5 months old. Cash is rolling across the room now and is learning to sit up by himself. He is still happy and content most of the time. He gets upset with his teething pain. He also may join Hair Club for Men as his hair is falling out! He has definitely found his voice. He will suddenly decide to scream out loud all the time. When both babies get going I feel like I am surrounded by howler monkeys in the rainforest. Remi is wanting to stand up 24/7. The girl will not sit down. She straightens her legs out and bucks herself out of anything she is being forced to sit/lay in. She is pretty chatty and is very happy now that she can play with her toys. She is such a sweetie!

The babies slept through the night for the first time Saturday night! They went to bed at 8 and woke a little after 6! I felt like I won the lottery! I will admit that at first I thought something horrible must have happened and panicked. After I saw they were fine I wanted to climb on top of the roof and scream out to the neighbors that we all slept through the night. But then they probably wouldn't want to hear that at 6am huh?

We are on rice cereal once a day now. Cash loves it and Remi is thinking about liking it. She has her own opinions about things. We are now going to Amy and Sylvia's pediatrician and I do LOVE her. It is quite a hike to her office. At least 20 miles, but worth every minute of the drive.

Jeff's mom was here for a week! We loved every second of her being here! She was such a help to us and the babies love her. It was VERY sad to see her go. While she was here I was able to do so much! I went to meet friends I used to teach with at their Jimmy Buffet tailgate party and then went to Jana's wedding shower. Here are some pictures from the past couple of weeks.
